From the very first time I met Alex, being his teacher at that time, I realized that I had to do with a special, charismatic child. Even though he was young then, he showed great love for both study and music. Coming from an enviably bounded family with great musical background, Alex, except for being an excellent student, was also studying the harmony of music, piano, violin, guitar, drums, and byzantine music, in addition to building up his charismatic voice. “Full marks” in his degrees was always the case, whether they had to do with the Diploma in the Violin and the Degree in the Harmony of Music, or the Bachelor and Master degrees in Computer Science.
Since last year, Alex has spread his wings for the United States. The demanding requirements of his Ph.D. at the University of Texas at Arlington did not prevent him from coming to Greece for a while, and record with the help of another charismatic person and scientist, his brother John, his first CD at a studio (as there have been 5 more with home recordings!) with the title “A Journey Through Memories”. Alex characterizes it in a way “experimental” and definitely not commercial. We, the kakobloggers, who had the chance to listen to it, just superb. The warm voice of Alex is perfectly harmonized with the old hits that he carefully picked, because they express him, and the result is fantastic. Listening to it, you wonder. How can this man combine, but also have the time to give so strong credentials in whatever he is working on…
The least our blog can do to “honor” such a praiseworthy person, is to host some of his songs. We would like to thank him for remembering us despite the distance, and we will always support his efforts. Anyone interested in learning more details about his musical work, can contact him at: email@example.com
Exclusively for kakoblogger, Alex uploaded a link with 5 songs – samples of his work. Download it and travel with us:
It should be noted that the CD is not available for sale.
